This hotel was clean and attractive. The continental breakfast had a variety of choices, and I had no problems with the wireless internet. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was helpful and room was always clean.

Too many things were wrong with this hotel. After numerous attempts to get help with the internet, we were finally told it could not be fixed over the weekend. The shower curtain wouldn't work and flooded the bathroom. The telephone never worked, even after we told them about it. The heat lamp in the bathroom never worked. The lamp by the bed didn't work. The pillows were too big and uncomfortable. The maid didn't come until later in the day, and since we were there by then we didn't get any maid service. It's really close to the Mesa Convention Center/Marriott (just west of the 101) - a little tricky to get to going west (will have to make a U-turn at the police station) because of the light rail - but still not totally annoying. ...read more

The overall experience was average for the price. We had to change rooms because of the pungent odors; however, the staff was kind in accommodating the change.
